Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you keep what you've already paid for.
What happens at my plan limit?
We warn you as you approach a limit and block the next action that would exceed it. No surprise overage charges. Upgrade in two clicks to unblock.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a free trial — you can run a full audit and explore the platform before any card is charged.
Do you charge for setup?
No setup fees on any plan. The Domination tier includes a guided onboarding session so your team is productive on day one.
Is annual billing refundable?
We refund unused months on annual plans, prorated, if you cancel inside the first 30 days. After that, you keep access through the end of the term.
Can I upgrade only one workspace if I'm an agency?
Yes. Workspaces are billed independently. Agencies typically run a Domination workspace for white-label and individual workspaces per client on lower tiers.
